Born in Manhattan. Raised by the streets of New York City. Forged by faith, open-heart surgery, and thirty-plus years of creating. Cloud Kent works in acrylics, spray paint, and mixed media — producing large-scale originals that carry the full weight of a testimony lived in front of the canvas.

1990s
Origin
Born in Manhattan, NYC. Began drawing under the influence of his father, who created artwork from prison. Mother served as a police officer. Raised between the Bronx and Manhattan.
Teen
Survived Three Near-Fatal Incidents
Gun, Bronx. Knife, Harlem subway. Cracked skull sustained while protecting another. Left New York at 19. Relocated to Florida.
2012
Created Mr. Amor
Developed the Mr. Amor character, the visual ambassador of the Amor De Clouds universe.
2015
Died on the Operating Table
Emergency open-heart surgery at 25. Clinically died and was resuscitated. Post-operative spiritual encounter: room turned red, full spiritual confrontation. Experience became foundational to all subsequent work.
2021
Eye Condition Diagnosed
Rare degenerative eye condition. Responded by painting with greater intensity. Developed a transmission-based approach to mark-making that transcends physical sight.
Age 33
The Download — Angelic Encounter
Transformative spiritual encounter involving what Cloud Kent describes as angels and a direct download of purpose. The event solidified his identity as a modern-day disciple and sharpened the spiritual dimension of the entire body of work.
